CHINA CHENGTONG (00217.HK) announced that it has entered into a sale and leaseback agreement with an independent third party, Xinjiang Huadian Xinte Energy, involving several photovoltaic panels, with a purchase price of 15 million RMB and a lease term of two years, with a total lease amount of approximately 15.73 million RMB. It is expected to earn revenue of 730,000 RMB, which is the lease interest from the sale and leaseback arrangement
