The Vice President of Guotai Haitong has resigned, who previously served as the President of the Institutional and Trading Business Committee

On the evening of November 14th, Guotai Haitong Securities announced that the board of directors recently received a written resignation letter from the company's vice president, Luo Dongyuan, who applied to resign from his position due to a job transfer. According to the company's Articles of Association and relevant laws and regulations, the resignation will take effect from the date the resignation letter is delivered to the board of directors. Guotai Haitong Securities stated that during his tenure, Luo Dongyuan performed his duties diligently and made significant contributions to the high-quality development of the company's operations and management. The board of directors expressed heartfelt gratitude to him. Public information shows that Luo Dongyuan was born in November 1968 and obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration from Tsinghua University in 1997. Luo Dongyuan previously worked at the Audit Office of the Jiaozuo Liberation Area. He has served as a senior manager in the bond department of Junan Securities; business director of the bond business department II of Guotai Junan Securities, business director of the fixed income securities headquarters, managing director, vice president, vice president (in charge of work), general manager, general manager of the debt financing department, general manager of the fixed income securities department, president of the trading investment business committee, and general manager of the fixed income foreign exchange commodity department. Since June 28, 2021, Luo Dongyuan has served as vice president of Guotai Junan Securities and has concurrently served as president of the institutional and trading business committee since July 2021. After the merger of Guotai Junan Securities and Haitong Securities, he continued to serve as vice president until this resignation.
