China Smarter Energy Group completes resumption guidance and will resume trading on Monday
China Smarter Energy Group (01004.HK) announced that the company has adopted a key work plan to complete the resumption guidance, which mainly includes publishing the unaudited financial performance and addressing audit revisions; complying with Rule 13.24, which states that the company has sufficient assets and resources to support its scaled operations and business model; and notifying the market of all significant information.
The company's shares will be suspended from trading starting April 2, 2024, and have applied to resume trading on Monday (17th)
