China Glass financing agreement repayment period extended

CHINA GLASS (03300.HK) announced that the group has entered into a second amended and restated agreement with various parties, under which the repayment date for the outstanding amounts under the financing agreement and the proposed restructuring financing matters has been changed to one year from the effective date of the agreement (i.e., November 13 of this year), with the term extendable for up to six months, subject to the fulfillment of relevant conditions
