MEMESTRATEGY (02440.HK) announced that it will issue a total of 49,049,800 new shares to five independent third parties, equivalent to 11.76% of the enlarged share capital; the price per share is HKD 1.714, representing an 18.38% discount to the closing price on the last trading day (14th). The total subscription amount is HKD 84.07 million, with a net amount of HKD 83.72 million, which is intended for the acquisition of digital assets such as Solana; and for collaboration with partners to ensure compliance, as well as direct investment in the RWA field
