It had diversified into the acoustics business in 1992 when it acquired leading high-end British brands, KEF and Celestion.</p></div></div>

<p>GP Industries is adapting to tariff pressures by relocating manufacturing from China to Southeast Asia and focusing on innovative products and its own brands for long-term growth.
