
Amazon's Zoox launches robot taxi service in San Francisco, USA
On November 18th, Zoox, the autonomous driving division of Amazon, opened a waitlist for users in San Francisco, USA, offering free rides. Zoox stated that they are inviting people to ride in their self-driving cars for free and share feedback in the Zoox Explorer Program to help refine the user experience before scaling up the service. In a blog post, Zoox mentioned that users will be removed from the waitlist based on their location and the increase in the fleet of robots.
