JP Morgan's Global Markets Intelligence Chief Andrew Tyler pointed out that there are still some positive signals in the market, such as improved market breadth, with about 50% of S&P 500 constituents closing higher on Tuesday. When discussing NVIDIA's earnings report and the AI sector, Tyler stated that even with strong performance, JP Morgan does not "believe investors will blindly chase low-quality or unprofitable companies related to the AI theme." He said, "If NVIDIA's earnings report leads to a more concentrated and rational expectation for AI in the market, that would be positive, helping to drive the index higher while alleviating bubble concerns."
