82 New EV Charging Ports Coming To Part Of Maryland

Ameresco and The Resilience Authority of Annapolis and Anne Arundel County, Maryland, are collaborating to install 82 new EV charging ports across nine county-owned facilities. The project aims to reduce environmental footprints and operating costs by electrifying fleets, with a mix of Level 2 and DC fast chargers. The initiative is expected to save $350,000 annually in utility costs and reduce electrical capacity by 2.5 MW, using Ameresco's ChargePilot system for managed charging.
