CN INT DEV CORP plans to fully acquire semiconductor industry chain enterprises for up to 9 billion

CN INT DEV CORP (00264.HK) announced that it has signed a memorandum of understanding with an independent third party, and the company intends to acquire up to 100% equity in Longteng Semiconductor, which is a key industry chain (semiconductors and integrated circuits) leading enterprise in Shaanxi Province. The consideration is expected to be between 4.5 billion and 9 billion yuan, to be settled through cash and/or the issuance of consideration shares
