CHINA JINMAO acquired residential land in Baoshan District, Shanghai for a base price of 3.726 billion yuan
On November 24th, Shanghai's nine batches of land auctions officially commenced. Among them, the residential land in Baoshan District has a planned building area of 100,713.42㎡, a floor area ratio of 1.8, a building height limit of 60m, and a starting price of 3.726 billion yuan, with a starting floor price of 37,000 yuan/㎡. Ultimately, Xi'an Changmao Real Estate Co., Ltd. (China Jinmao) won the land parcel at the base price of 3.726 billion yuan, with a transaction floor price of 37,000 yuan/㎡. (Securities Times)
