NatWest Group plc announced the purchase of 911,626 ordinary shares from Merrill Lynch International as part of its share buyback program. The shares were bought at prices ranging from 579.80 GBp to 587.80 GBp, with a volume-weighted average price of 583.23 GBp. The repurchased shares will be canceled, leaving the company with 230,186,279 shares in treasury and 8,016,291,743 shares in issue. This transaction follows instructions issued on 25 July 2025.
