China Tourism Group leads the establishment of a central enterprise cruise operation platform company

According to domestic media reports, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council recently organized a meeting to promote the professional integration of central enterprises, during which a key project signing ceremony was held. Among them, the central enterprise China Tourism Group announced the establishment of a "Central Enterprise Cruise Operation Platform Company," which is expected to form the largest fleet in Asia.

China Tourism Group signed a cruise integration agreement with China COSCO Shipping Group, and Star Cruises will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of China International Cruise, marking that the Central Enterprise Cruise Operation Platform Company has integrated cruise resources from central enterprises such as "Aida·Magic City," "Aida·Mediterranean," "Dream of the South China Sea," and "Gulangyu."
