
Baidu Intelligent Cloud leads the formulation of the first national standard for intelligent cloud, to be implemented in February next year
Baidu-SW (09888.HK) subsidiary Baidu Intelligent Cloud announced that the first national standard for intelligent cloud, GB/T 46350-2025 "Information Technology - Cloud Computing - General Requirements for Intelligent Cloud Services," led by the China Electronics Standardization Institute, has recently been approved and officially released by the State Administration for Market Regulation and the National Standardization Administration. It is expected to be implemented in February next year.
Baidu Intelligent Cloud stated that the deep integration of cloud computing and AI technology is driving the cloud computing industry into a new phase centered on intelligent cloud. The establishment of this national standard is the first time that the core connotation and technical framework of intelligent cloud have been unified from a top-level design perspective, clarifying key specifications in areas such as infrastructure, model development and services, and AI application development. This marks a move towards standardized development in China's intelligent cloud industry, which will continue to provide users with efficient, convenient, and low-cost AI computing resources and artificial intelligence capabilities, driving the intelligent upgrade of various industries
