Link REIT celebrates the 20th anniversary of its listing (00823.HK). Chairman Edward Au stated that Link REIT has now developed into a real estate investor and manager in the Asia-Pacific region, with its core advantage being the ownership and management of shopping malls, based in Hong Kong and the broader Greater Bay Area, as well as other markets in the Asia-Pacific region such as Australia and Singapore. In the future, it will continue to focus on leveraging its strengths, expanding its real estate investment capabilities, and continuously creating long-term value for fund unit holders, with plans to optimize and clarify its business strategy in the new year.

Group CEO Wong Kwok Lung pointed out that commercial benefits and social benefits can complement each other, expressing confidence in continuing to leverage years of accumulated expertise to enhance asset value and bring more contributions to the community. Currently, Link REIT has completed over 100 asset enhancement projects in Hong Kong and mainland China, with an average investment return rate of 18%
