NEW CONCEPTS (02221.HK) announced the acquisition of a 12% stake in Guangxi Fusion Bioenergy Technology from Xiamen Nuohongsheng Trading. The latter mainly engages in the processing and sales of industrial oil, biodiesel, and bio-plasticizers, with a cash consideration of RMB 24 million, to be funded by internal resources and/or external financing
