Apple challenges India's antitrust regulator's "global turnover" fine regulation

According to new laws, Apple Inc. may face fines of up to $38 billion in the antitrust case in India. Apple has filed a lawsuit in the Delhi High Court against a provision imposed by the Competition Commission of India (CCI) regarding a fine based on "global turnover."

The case was originally scheduled to be heard today (November 26) by a bench consisting of Chief Justice Devendra Kumar Upadhyaya and Judge Tushar Rao Gedela, but it could not be listed on the agenda. The case is now set to be heard again on December 3
