Promoter entity Whirlpool Mauritius plans to sell up to 9.5 million shares at a floor price of 1,030 rupees, a 14.2% discount to the previous close. Additionally, 1.9 million shares were traded across 12 block deals at discounts between 9.7% and 11.4%. Trading volumes reached 4.7 million shares, 5.8 times the 30-day average. WHIR shares are down approximately 42% year-to-date.
