SINOPHARM (01099.HK) announced that due to work arrangements, Zhao Bingxiang has resigned from his positions as non-executive director and chairman of the board on November 28. The board has resolved to elect Jin Bin as the chairman and authorized representative, and on the same day appointed Jin Bin and Li Ying as non-executive directors
