JINKE SERVICES (09666.HK) announced that PricewaterhouseCoopers has resigned as the company's auditor, effective last Friday (28th). It was decided to appoint ShineWing (Hong Kong) CPA Limited as the new auditor, subject to approval by shareholders at an extraordinary general meeting and the completion of the client acceptance procedures for ShineWing
