Among them, the latest canceled transaction case is for Unit C on the 29th floor of Block 8B, with a usable area of 814 square feet, classified as a three-bedroom unit, which was sold for HKD 15.832 million in June 2021, at a price of HKD 19,400 per square foot. The buyer canceled the transaction on Monday (1st).

Another canceled transaction unit is for Unit B on the 50th floor of Block 1B, with a usable area of 772 square feet, also a three-bedroom unit, which was transacted for HKD 18.473 million in 2021, at a price of HKD 23,900 per square foot. The buyer canceled the transaction on November 6.
