Austrian Entertainment Group Limited ("Austrian Entertainment") stated that, after coordination with relevant government departments and entertainment service providers, "Caishen Casino" is scheduled to cease operations at 11:59 PM on December 9.

Austrian Entertainment indicated that the gaming tables and gaming machines currently operated at Caishen will be reallocated to other casinos operated by the company for continued operation. If customers still hold unredeemed chips, deposits, or accumulated cash rebates from "Caishen Casino" after its closure, they can go to other casinos operated by Austrian Entertainment starting December 10 to make follow-up arrangements. The company will ensure that all customer rights are properly protected.

Similarly, local employees hired at "Caishen Casino" will continue to be retained and will be appropriately reassigned to other casinos operated by the company to engage in gaming-related work as needed; non-Austrian Entertainment hired local employees will be invited to apply for relevant vacancies within the group and will be given priority for hiring under the same conditions, with necessary support provided depending on the actual situation to facilitate a smooth transition.

According to the announcement from the Macao Gaming Inspection and Coordination Bureau, "Caishen Casino" has a total of 553 employees. The Gaming Inspection and Coordination Bureau will maintain close contact with the Labor Bureau to ensure that Austrian Entertainment fulfills its commitments to properly place and protect the salary benefits, working conditions, and transfer opportunities of all relevant employees, allowing for continued employment
