Russia boosts diesel exports by 3% in November despite sanctions, infrastructure damage

In November, Russia's seaborne diesel and gasoil exports increased by 3% to 2.37 million metric tons, despite U.S. sanctions and infrastructure damage from drone attacks. Exports via Primorsk surged 39.3%, while those from southern ports declined due to attacks and maintenance issues. Turkey and Brazil increased imports, and ship-to-ship transfers near Limassol, Malta, and Port Said, Egypt, rose. Some tankers have yet to declare their discharge ports.
