TELUS Corporation announced cash tender offers for up to C$500 million of its outstanding notes across seven series. The offers are subject to conditions and may be adjusted at TELUS's discretion. The offers expire on December 11, 2025, and notes can be withdrawn by that date. The total consideration includes a fixed spread and yield based on Canadian reference securities.
