Blackstone is once again considering selling the Canary Wharf office building in London

According to foreign media reports, Blackstone (BX.US) plans to sell an office building in the Canary Wharf financial district of London again. Blackstone had previously sold this office building nearly two years ago, but the deal ultimately fell through.

Insiders indicated that Blackstone is preparing to sell the Cargo building located at 25 North Colonnade as early as next year. Blackstone purchased the building in 2014 for approximately £165 million and spent over £100 million on renovations
