SEAZEN's contract sales in November amounted to 1.448 billion RMB, a decrease of 42.4%

Seazen Holdings (01030.HK) announced that in November, together with its subsidiaries, it achieved a contracted sales amount of RMB 1.448 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 42.4%; the contracted sales area was 200,900 square meters. In the first eleven months, the cumulative contracted sales amount was RMB 17.917 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 51.5%; the sales area involved was approximately 2.3516 million square meters.

During the month, rental income was RMB 1.078 billion. The cumulative rental income for the year was RMB 11.99 billion, an increase of 10.4%
