VIENNA, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Middleburg, a prominent rental housing developer and operator in key Southern regions, revealed today the successful finalization of land and construction funding for Mosby Deerbrook. This new luxury apartment complex, situated at 12014 Engle Road in Spring Hill, Florida, will comprise 330 units. US Bank has extended the construction loan for this project. The construction is slated to begin shortly, and the initial units are projected to be ready for occupancy by early 2027. Mosby Deerbrook represents the latest venture by Middleburg in the rental housing sector.
