Bupa Hong Kong expands its medical network in Mainland China and Hong Kong, providing over 6,500 hospitals and service points

Bupa Hong Kong announced a comprehensive expansion of its medical network in Mainland China and Hong Kong, providing customers with more seamless, personalized, and comprehensive medical services. Customers can now enjoy cashless and priority treatment services through a medical network of over 6,500 hospitals and service points in both regions.

Starting from December this year, selected customers of Bupa Hong Kong can enjoy priority appointments for outpatient and inpatient services in Mainland China through the new "Bupa Green Health Ambassador," covering 300 cities and 3,600 hospitals nationwide, along with cashless services. This new service also includes online doctors, offering various specialized services ranging from preventive care, day procedures, to cancer treatment support.

In addition, Bupa customers in Hong Kong can also access nearly 3,000 service points. "Bupa Care Managers" are now stationed at designated clinics to provide personalized support to customers.

At the same time, Bupa Hong Kong has also partnered with Mannings to launch the first "Pharmacy Health Protection Plan" in Hong Kong, allowing members with outpatient coverage to enjoy cashless pharmacist consultations and medication services for specified minor ailments at over 60 Mannings pharmacies across the city
