St. Joe Co. begins development of 50,000 sq ft Publix in Watersound West Bay Center, Panama City Beach.
St. Joe Company (NYSE: JOE) has recently started developing a Publix Super Market at Watersound West Bay Center near Latitude Margaritaville® Watersound community in Panama City Beach, Florida. The new Publix will cover around 50,000 square feet and feature a pharmacy, deli, bakery, and a nearby liquor store. Additionally, the plans incorporate approximately 11,000 square feet of space for other facilities.
