GREAT EAGLE H (00041.HK) The Roche family spent nearly HKD 118 million last month to purchase five full-floor luxury apartments at CITIC Pacific's Junyu - Jardine's Lookout.

According to the information, the aforementioned Junyu - Jardine's Lookout Tower 2, Units A, B, C, D, and E on the 16th floor, have usable areas ranging from 434 to 710 square feet, with two of the units including parking spaces. The transaction prices ranged from HKD 19.881 million to HKD 26.822 million, with a total transaction price of HKD 117.6 million, resulting in a price per usable square foot of over HKD 40,000 based on a total usable area of 2,915 square feet.
