The company has yet to reveal the precise energy and storage capacity sizes for the project, but it has already commenced the development of several other renewables projects in the region as part of a broader push towards decarbonisation in the Pilbara mining sector. These include a 300MW wind project, as well as, the 35MW/ 11MWh Newman battery and the 60MW Chichester solar farm. </span></p><span> </span></div></div>

<p>APA Group plans to develop the Newman renewable energy hub in Pilbara, Western Australia, as part of its decarbonisation efforts. The hub's energy and storage capacities are yet to be disclosed.
