On December 12, 2025, C3is Inc. (NASDAQ: CISS), a ship-owning firm offering dry bulk and tanker seaborne transportation services, completed a public offering with gross proceeds totaling around $9 million. This offering was conducted on a reasonable best efforts basis. After accounting for placement agent fees and additional offering expenses, the Company received the aforementioned gross amount.
