(NASDAQ:VSEE) a leader in innovative telemedicine solutions, today announced that it anticipates that it will not have a sufficient number of shares of the Company's common stock present in person or represented by proxy at the 2025 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the "Annual Meeting"), scheduled for Monday, December 15, 2025 at 2:30 p.m. Eastern Time, to constitute a quorum. The Company has decided to postpone the Annual Meeting to 2:30 p.m. Eastern Time on December 30, 2025.
