SERES recommends appointing an auditor
SERES (09927.HK) announced that, based on the recommendations of the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors, it is proposed to appoint Deloitte Huayong Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) as the domestic auditor for the year 2025; and Deloitte - Kwan Wong Chan & Co. as the overseas auditor for the year 2025. The proposed change of auditors will take effect upon approval by the company's shareholders' meeting
