FE CONSORT INTL expects to launch the West Hong Kong Street and Sai Kung Ho Chung villa projects as early as the third quarter of next year
FE CONSORT INTL (00035.HK) stated that the atmosphere in the new property market is improving, and the group is accelerating the sales deployment of its residential projects. Among them, the project on Guixiang Street in Sai Ying Pun, developed in collaboration with the Urban Renewal Authority, involves approximately 200 units; and the low-density villa project in Ho Chung, developed in collaboration with Lan Kwai Fong and Hysan, involves about 26 villas. The two projects are expected to be launched for sale in the third to fourth quarter of next year, depending on market conditions
