Chairman of LUKS GROUP (VN) passes away
LUKS GROUP (VN) (00366.HK) announced that the chairman of the board, co-founder, executive director, and authorized representative Zheng Qiang passed away peacefully on December 13 at the age of 86. The company currently has only one authorized representative, which violates the requirement of having two authorized representatives as stipulated in Listing Rule 3.05. The board will promptly select a suitable candidate to fill the vacancy of the authorized representative and appoint a new chairman, with relevant matters to be announced in due course
