NEW CONCEPTS signed five memorandums of understanding to acquire environmental projects
New Concepts Holdings (02221.HK) announced that it has signed five memoranda of understanding with independent third parties to acquire up to 90% of Leshan Chunyi, up to 80% of Guizhou Qianying Environmental Sanitation, 100% of Yingkou Yutai Waste Oil, 100% of Fuyang Qiangyou Oil Processing, and up to 40% of Anhui Feidian Environmental Technology. Their businesses mainly involve the recycling of renewable resources, kitchen waste disposal, and the manufacturing and sales of chemicals from non-edible plant oils and industrial animal fats. The consideration is subject to further negotiations among the parties
