Dec 15 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1430 GMT on Monday: Brown & Brown has acquired Campbell Agency, the companies announced . Argentina’s state-run oil firm YPF < YPFDm.BA has accepted a binding offer from Adecoagro < AGRO.N for its 50% stake in fertilizer producer Profertil, it said in a statement . U.S. drug distributor Cencora < COR.N said it will take majority control of cancer care network OneOncology in a deal that values the business at $7.4 billion, stepping up its push to provide more services to cancer clinics. Brazilian petrochemical producer Braskem < BRKM3.SA said that conglomerate Novonor has signed an agreement to sell its controlling stake in the company to private equity firm IG4 Capital. Japan’s Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group (8306.T) is in final talks to acquire a 20% stake in Indian non-bank financial institution Shriram Finance (SHMF.NS) for more than 500 billion yen ($3.22 billion), Bloomberg News reported. DBAY Advisors, the biggest shareholder of TT Electronics (TTG.L) , said that it does not intend to make an offer for the British company, withdrawing from a possible bidding war with Swiss firm Cicor (CICN.S) . Chinese metals miner and processor CMOC Group (603993.SS) said its unit CMOC Ltd plans to buy Leagold LatAm Holdings B.V. and Luna Gold Corp from Canada’s Equinox Gold Corp (EQX.TO) for a combined $1.015 billion. Australia’s Fortescue (FMG.AX) said it would buy the remaining 64% of Alta Copper (ATCU.TO) , in a deal implying a total equity value of C$139 million ($101 million) for the Toronto-listed copper miner.
