
U.S. homebuilder confidence rises slightly, boosted by incentives
Due to builders continuing to launch sales incentives to stimulate buyer enthusiasm, confidence among U.S. home builders rose slightly in December.
The National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) and Wells Fargo's market conditions index increased by 1 point in December, reaching 39, the highest level since April. However, a value below 50 indicates that more builders believe conditions are poor than those who believe conditions are good
