SJM Holdings shareholders' meeting approves the acquisition of the Venetian Hotel transaction

SJM Holdings (00880.HK) announced last month that it would acquire the Grand Lisboa Hotel, where the Lisboa Casino is located, from Goldarch Holdings Limited and Solar King Investments Limited, affiliated with Leong On Kei, for approximately HKD 1.75 billion. SJM Holdings held a special general meeting yesterday (15th), and the acquisition resolution received over 99.93% approval, officially passing the resolution
