After a review, the board of directors of SIA Engineering decided to dissolve the existing Technology Advisory Committee and the Board Working Group, and establish a new Innovation &amp; Technology Committee based on the recommendation of the Nomination Committee.
SIA Engineering announced in a statement on Tuesday (December 16) that the new committee will be chaired by Chen Kaiping, and the committee will assist the board in overseeing the company's innovation, capability development, and technology application efforts to continuously enhance the company's performance, improve productivity and efficiency, and strengthen competitiveness.
SIA Engineering's stock price closed at SGD 3.40 on Tuesday.
