Maranello (Italy), Dec. 16, 2025 - Ferrari N.V. revealed today that it has bought back Euro 360 million worth of common shares as part of its announced Euro 2 billion multi-year share buyback program scheduled for completion by 2026. This marks the eighth tranche of the buyback program, set in motion since the disclosure at the 2022 Capital Markets Day. The purchased common shares were acquired on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) and will continue being reported daily. Ferrari is actively working towards executing the rest of the buyback program as per the outlined schedule.
