BOSS ZHIPIN (02076.HK) released the "Announcement on Special Governance for Charging Job Seekers" indicating that in order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of job seekers, the platform is conducting special governance against behaviors that are "named recruitment but are actually charging." The governance focuses on typical violations and illegal behaviors such as charging for freight drivers, ride-hailing drivers, delivery riders' rental, car purchases, training enrollment loans, and fees for mock tests and image packaging.

In November, BOSS ZHIPIN dealt with 16,700 accounts involved in charging violations and sent over 4 million risk warning messages to job seekers. At the same time, BOSS ZHIPIN collaborated with delivery platforms to organize 102 delivery companies to jointly sign the first self-regulatory convention in the delivery field. These companies collectively committed to providing genuine and transparent job positions, not inducing loans for car purchases, not charging unreasonable fees, and complying with platform management regulations.
