C-MER MEDICAL sold 55% of Apollo for RMB 50.49 million
C-MER MEDICAL (03309.HK) announced that it will sell back its mainland lens distribution business to Mingda Glasses - Apollo 55% equity, and the cost will be offset by the cancellation of bonds with a principal amount of RMB 50.49 million.
