On the 17th, Wu Lei, Chairman of Shanghai Electric Group, and his delegation visited POWERCHINA Ltd (601669.SH) and held in-depth discussions with Wang Xiaojun, Director and General Manager of POWERCHINA Ltd, on areas such as renewable energy development, equipment manufacturing, and overseas business expansion.

Both parties agreed during the talks to strengthen practical cooperation in the fields of solar thermal renewable energy development, equipment integration, smart grids, and international market expansion, working together to create more landmark projects, demonstration projects, and leading results.

The two sides also unanimously agreed to explore joint technological breakthroughs in cutting-edge areas such as the construction of new power systems, energy storage technology, and hydrogen energy, promoting disruptive technological breakthroughs and providing more solutions for the green and low-carbon transformation of energy
