PressLogic completes acquisition of parenting website Baby Kingdom

Local media trading company PressLogic announced that it has completed a strategic acquisition of the parenting website "Baby Kingdom."

New World (00017.HK) acquired Baby Kingdom through New World Strategic Investment in 2017, without disclosing the investment amount and shareholding ratio at that time, only stating that New World became one of the investors, while the daily operations remained under the management team of the website. According to the list of companies under the group, as of November 2023, Baby-Kingdom Holdings Limited and Baby-Kingdom.com Limited are still subsidiaries of New World Development
