<p>Qualcomm's indirect subsidiary, Aqua Acquisition Sub LLC, has completed the acquisition of Alphawave IP Group through a Court-sanctioned Scheme of Arrangement. Alphawave's shares have been suspended and will be delisted from the London Stock Exchange. Shareholders will receive US$2.48 per share or can opt for alternative offers involving Qualcomm shares or securities. The acquisition marks the end of Alphawave's listing and trading on the London Stock Exchange.</p>

- Alphawave IP Group PLC has announced the effective completion of its acquisition by Aqua Acquisition Sub LLC, a subsidiary of Qualcomm.  
- The acquisition, initiated through a scheme of arrangement, received shareholder approval and the necessary court sanction, resulting in the transfer of Alphawave's entire issued share capital to Qualcomm.
