HAITIAN FLAV plans to distribute a special dividend of 3 RMB for every 10 shares
HAITIAN FLAV (03288.HK) announced that it plans to distribute a cash dividend of RMB 3 for every 10 shares to all shareholders. The total amount of the cash dividend is approximately RMB 1.754 billion.
HAITIAN FLAV stated that the company has maintained a good development trend and strong competitiveness this year, coinciding with the 20th anniversary of the production of the world's largest condiment manufacturing base, HAITIAN Gaoming Park. After the board of directors' review, it plans to implement a special dividend.
The company will distribute the special dividend on February 6, 2026, to shareholders listed on the company's H-share register as of January 16, 2026
