Phibro Animal Health Corporation (Nasdaq: PAHC) revealed a leadership transition plan to facilitate the company's ongoing expansion and strategic goals. Starting from July 1, 2026, Jack Bendheim, the present Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, and President of Phibro, will transition to the position of Executive Chairman. Concurrently, Daniel (Dani) Bendheim will step into the role of Chief Executive Officer. This change will come into effect at the close of the current fiscal year.
