For the 2025 fourth quarter so far, SVC finalized the sale of 66 hotels totaling 8,294 keys, generating roughly $534 million. Year-to-date, SVC has sold 112 hotels with 14,631 keys, amassing around $859 million in gross proceeds. These moves aim to bolster SVC's balance sheet.
